Troubleshooting
Problems that come up most often at this stage of development.
The printer rejects the file
Check the exported format against what the machine accepts, and confirm the printer profile matches the hardware revision. A file sliced for the wrong resolution will often load and then fail mid-print.
The model looks wrong after import
Inverted or hollow-looking geometry usually means flipped normals or a non-manifold mesh. Repair it in your modelling tool and re-import.
The application will not start
The release notes name the log file location for each platform. Attach that log to a report rather than describing the crash — it is the part that identifies the cause.
Reporting a bug
A useful report has the build number, the printer and resin profile, the model if you can share it, the log, and what you expected to happen. Reproducible reports get fixed first.
